This cuff measures 6 1/8 inch with a 1 1/8 inch opening. It is 2 inches in width- see last photo for a size reference. The aluminum is very lightweight and it is easy to bend to your perfect size. Once it arrives- just place it on your wrist and gently bend it to fit comfortably.
