Description
An original hand made one of a kind card. I have designed and created this card using hand cut layers of textured and plain card, embelished with sparkly Tulips created by 'painting' in glitter and metal leaf onto an adhesive bed within a pre-cut outline, finished with hand stamped tag and pink ribbon.
