Description
This scatter cushion co-ordinates with the Shabby Chic 25 cushion.

<br />For the background, a natural beige linen and a shimmering silver jacquard weave are patchworked together. The five feature circles are created by free-machine embroidery onto vanishing muslin, a fabric that dissolves hence only the stitching remains. Three shades of pink have been randomly combined: a bright pink, candy pink, and a pastel pink. These are topped with handmade felt (using the wet-felting method) in eau de nil and cream tones, with further free-machine embroidery in a co-ordinating metallic thread. To finish the circles are embellished with a sprinkling of opaque and silver seed beads. The cushion has a co-ordinating reverse in the silver jacquard weave.
