Description
This is a stained glass suncatcher handmade using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
<br />
<br />The suncatcher is in the form of a picture. It shows a bright iridescent red dragonfly with heavily textured clear iridescent wings and red flower beads for eyes.
<br />
<br />The Dragonfly is flying up from a turquoise pond between strappy bright green leaves and the picture has a clear waterglass surround.
<br />
<br />I've framed the picture in twisted wire for extra strength and neatness and it hangs from a little silver chain which is securely attached at the top by soldered rings.
<br />
<br />This would be equally effective hanging against the wall as a picture rather than in the window with the light behind, as a suncatcher.

<br />The suncatcher is 5.56 inches in diameter.
