This is so simple and yet very striking.

<br />The black agate gem has a natural, sparkling quartz cave which goes right through the stone. The tiny, perfect crystals that line the cave catch the light perfectly.

<br />The gemstone is translucent and if held up to the light, you can see growth bands within the stone - please see my photos.

<br />As this gem is so gorgeous, I didnt want to set it with too much fuss, so opted for this attractive sterling silver bail (stamped 925 for sterling silver)

<br />The bail is a generous size, so should accommodate most chains or cords you may already own.
<br />
<br />The round pendant measures 3.9cm across approx and 4.9cm from the top of the bail to the base of the gemstone.
