This is an action pop-up card. As the card is opened and closed, the penguin's flippers flap up and down.A fantastic fun card for a child or anyone who is young at heart!
The penguin is drawn by myself (with the help of my trusty computer) and is printed onto paper and cut out by hand. The flippers are attached separately so that the action of opening and closing the card enables them to move up and down. The ice floe background is printed onto white card.
