I started this necklace while watching the Winter Olympics and the crisp white beauty of Canada's mountains inspired the colour scheme of white, silver and grey.

The focal point of this unique hand beaded necklace is a fabulous 30mm crown Swarovski crystal, which is captured in a beaded ring of high quality japanese seed beads in white, pale gray and silver. I then used a freeform technique to create the undulating lacy strap with white seed beads and a variety of silver and gray glass pearls.
