This handmade pencil roll up is made of 100% cotton blue with Stars, Moon, Sun, gold glitter, yellow polka dots and stripe. Pencil case closes with handy velcro.
<br />Pencil holder decorated grosgrain ribbon and a cute label. There is a layer of cotton padding in between for added softness.
