Description
This is a birdhouse that came from a customer's idea of a gypsy wagon, but instead, I liked the covered wagon idea. I wanted it to look like a real covered wagon so I had to carve the wood to look like it was canvas draped over the hoops. The birdhouse is hollow in the middle so it can be used as a birdhouse, probably by a wren, sparrow, or swallow.
<br />This birdhouse has at least six coats of clear coat over the paint so it should hold up pretty well outside.
