Description
A vibrant abstract ink art of Poppies I painted with alcohol inks. To achieve the 'backlit' or 3D effect the images are created by dropping ink onto acetate. Ink used in this way can be very delicate to work with so my work is painted in reverse onto acetate and the finished image is then sandwiched between the laminate and a sheet of plain white card to protect it. Ready framed in a deep 2 inch white box frame 9 x 9 inches, I have fitted picture cord so the artwork can be either hung or will free stand.
