Pink Tea Cosy hand dyed pink green apple blossom fun

<br />This one is a functional cozy to keep your teapot (and therefore your tea) warm longer - great for taking outside.
<br />
<br />I hand knitted it mostly in stocking stitch from a soft cosy mixed fibre (30% new wool) yarn that I hand dyed in shades of pink and green with just a touch of lilac. I knitted one side of the cozy in predominantly pink, one side in the co-ordinating green. I added an adjustable i-cord fastener made from the same yarn and finished with two little flowers with pearl bead centres. The lower edge of the cosy has a half inch moss stitch brim.

<br />Tea cosy measures 6.5 inches by 8 inches when flat - and it is stretchy.
