Description
The sun shining on a dragonfly's wings as it skims the ponds surface on a bright summer day-that is the scene I have tried to depict here. The picture measures 54cm high x 45cm wide, and is painted on silk which has then been lightly stitched to white cotton. It has then been mounted on a background of vivid blue cotton. The overall size is 63cm x 55cm and comes with a dowel for top and bottom. The colours in the photograph do not do justice to the brilliance of the actual painting. It would be a fantastic addition to the decor of any room.
