Santa Owl Peko-kun is from Saitama-ken in Japan.He stands about 7.5cm/3" high, without his hat.
His hat is detachable.
Made using a traditional Japanese pattern passed down to me from my (Japanese) husbands grandmother.
Not suitable for small children due to the button eyes.
