Description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
<br />
<br />I' called this Summer Solstice in celebration of the wonderful brightness of summer light, bursts of sunlight and of course the rainbows of summer storms.
<br />
<br />I've fused a 4cm bright yellow glass nugget with dichroic and miillefiori rainbow highlights in my hotpot kiln and then set this inside a 16 segmented circle of wonderful rainbow colours.
<br />
<br />The circle is framed for strength and neatness with twisted wire.
